Simple pricing for consultants and enterprise teams

Independent consultants start free. Consulting firms running audits every month get branded reports on Pro. OEMs, MSOs, and dealer groups running internal audit programmes get a dedicated enterprise plan with multi-rooftop portfolio tools.

No per-audit fees. No DMS vendor lock-in. The methodology is yours.

One platform, every workshop type

Whether you run 5 bays or 500, BayWise adapts to your operation.

Fixed-Ops Consultant

Independent or firm-based. Runs 8–15 dealer engagements per year. Spends two days building a report that should take four hours. Knows exactly where the money is — but can't prove it fast enough to win the next engagement.

OEM Dealer Development Rep

Manages 20–80 rooftops. Visits each dealer 2–4 times per year. Cannot compare performance across the portfolio from memory. The dealer hiding a 54% absorption rate inside an average-looking scorecard is the one who needs the most help.

MSO / Dealer Group COO

Runs 10–50 locations. Knows fixed ops is where the margin lives but has no systematic audit tool. Currently relies on GM self-reporting — which is optimistic by design.

Dealer Principal (Internal Programme)

Progressive dealer groups are building internal fixed-ops audit capability — hiring a Fixed Ops Director who conducts structured reviews across the portfolio on a rolling basis, without depending on external consultants for every engagement.

A single Lens engagement that recovers $50,000 in annual declined-service revenue covers the Pro plan for over two years. The ROI question is how fast the first audit pays back — typically within the first engagement.

The leak is bigger than anyone thinks — and it is in the data

A rooftop doing 400 repair orders per month with a 7% declined-service capture rate is leaving more than $1.4 million in recoverable revenue on the table every year. That is not a management consulting opinion. It is a maths problem. The inputs come from the DMS. The answer comes from Lens.

How much is leaking at this rooftop?

Enter the dealership's monthly repair order volume and average revenue per RO. The leaks are diagnosed from your data — these are conservative estimates from documented industry benchmarks.

400 ROs / month
$650 / RO
Declined-service leak
$7,280 / mo
Revenue captured on <7% of declined services
MPI opportunity gap
$30,000 / mo
30% of ROs leave without a documented inspection
Conservative recovery
$478,080 / yr
After a structured service-lane audit

Conservative estimates based on industry benchmarks: declined-service capture rates from published DMS studies; MPI gap data from TVI Inc. analysis of 300-vehicle/month rooftops. Actual recovery depends on engagement execution.

Frequently asked questions

Lens is built for fixed-ops service consultants, OEM dealer-development representatives, and MSO or dealer-group operators who conduct structured service-lane audits. It is also designed for enterprise dealer groups that want to bring this capability in-house — hiring a Fixed Ops Director who runs rolling audits across the portfolio instead of relying on external firms for every engagement.
Yes — and we expect this to be the primary use case for larger operators. A Fixed Ops Director at a 15-location group can use Lens to conduct structured audits on a rolling basis, with multi-rooftop dashboards that rank locations by absorption rate, declined capture, and MPI discipline. Enterprise plans are designed for this internal-programme model.
Yes. Lens operates independently. You import RO data from your DMS via CSV export, or enter findings manually. No other BayWise products are required. When a dealership also runs BayWise Scheduler, live RO data feeds Lens directly — removing the import step entirely.
With a connected DMS or a pre-prepared RO export, an experienced consultant can complete a structured audit in 3–4 hours instead of 2–4 days. The AI pre-populates revenue-sized findings, benchmarks against peer dealers, and sequences the action plan. The consultant reviews, adjusts the narrative, and delivers.
No — and this is deliberate. The consultant's judgment is the moat. Lens is the leverage. AI surfaces what the data shows. The consultant interprets it in context, adds qualitative observations, and owns the client relationship. Lens makes a good consultant dramatically more productive — not redundant.
Lens imports RO exports from any DMS — CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, Dealertrack, and others — plus inspection completion reports, call log data, and manually entered consultant observations. For dealerships on BayWise Scheduler, live data flows in automatically. No DMS integration is required to start.
Pro and Enterprise plans: your logo, your firm's colours, your report. BayWise Lens is the infrastructure — the consultant owns the client relationship. The Starter plan includes a Lens-branded report.
Your RO exports, call logs, and inspection records are processed within your engagement workspace only and are not accessible outside it. The consultant you authorise has access for the duration of the active engagement — when the engagement closes, access is automatically revoked. For enterprise deployments, each dealership's data is isolated within its own workspace; portfolio dashboards show aggregated metrics only, never raw data from individual locations.
